Areas of application
In-Depth Psychological Assessment* - it allows a new perspective to unfold by recognizing the build-up of ethnic and religious conflicts and collective traumata as the results of deeply anchored collective patterns, beliefs and unconscious thoughts which are passed on from one generation to the other. Made conscious, the potential for violence and aggression becomes visible, can be recognized and worked with in its early stages, thus preventing outbreaks of violence. An In-depth Psychological Assessment is a long-term preventative approach designed to transform collective patterns and dynamics that are at the root of violence and its cause. As such it provides suggestions for early psychological interventions by working with the belief patterns that underlie collective behaviour and effecting a deep transformation in the collective psyche leading to constructive cooperation. Such an assessment is done on location, providing psychological support to populations and organizations in areas of tension and crisis.
