Jiwa Damai is a hands-on, socially responsible organic garden and retreat center with lush tropical vegetation in the heart of Bali. It provides a sanctuary in an idyllic, powerful environment where guests can experience tranquility and re-connect to the life-giving qualities of the earth. It is a meeting place for people from all over the world to find and initiate peace.
Beautifully decorated guest rooms, a spacious lounge and dining area, a fresh water pool, several ponds and a large agro-permaculture garden all situated within an abundant tropical vegetation make Jiwa Damai a perfect retreat place to relax in alignment with nature, learn about tropical flora und fauna and find time for reflection and contemplation.
The abundant tropical vegetation will enchant your senses. The place itself is blessed with several natural springs, supplying an affluence of crystal clear water, which, according to locals, are endowed with cleansing and healing powers. The waters feed the pool and nourish the water lily pond teeming with fish.
We regularly offer seminars with local and international participation on subjects relating to permaculture, organic gardening and tropical fauna and flora, as well as meditation, finding inner and outer peace, unfolding heartqualities, peace making and cross-cultural dialogues. Individual sessions for physical wellbeing, healing and bodywork can be booked as well. Holistic body therapies and psychotherapy are available upon request.

The seminar "Aligning with the song of the earth" provides a space where a deep connection with one's own heart and the heart of the earth unfolds. An alignment with the own potential and the potential of the earth in her present process of transformation takes place. A profound acceptance is needed, to see the symptoms of her movements as change. To align deeply with the heart of the earth and welcome the new. Language: depends on participants origin – English, German or both.
A minimum of six to a maximum of ten people is required for the seminar to take place.

In the seminar "Unfolding the HeartSelf-Intelligence" you will explore and study the personality as an interactive system whose characteristic traits or psychodynamic structures form a constellation around the "Self" with its creative potential. You will become acquainted with your own inner dynamics and peace potential by allowing the qualities of the heart to unfold. We will explore the laws which govern the unfolding of the qualities of the heart as well as the strength and power of acceptance. We will explore how our personal feelings, thoughts and actions influence others and the field we are embedded in. Change begins within and by looking through the eyes of the heart. One's attitude towards oneself begins to change. This, in turn, translates to a different vibration of the energetic field surrounding us. In addition we will study the research and measurements of the impact of the heart field vibration on our own health and environment and the heart-brain relationship.

AccommodatioN
Jiwa Damai offers 6 spacious guest rooms and 3 beautiful Lumbungs with view into the gardens with their lush tropical vegetation. Hand colored batiks, stone carvings and furniture reflect the wealth of the local arts and crafts. Rooms and Lumbungs accommodate 1-2 people.
Single Room occupancy is possible (depending on availability)– additional costs: Room US$ 350 / Lumbung US$ 300.
Travel preparations and getting there
The weather is hot, about 90° F / 30° C. Remember to bring a strong sun screen and cream for mosquito protection and bites. Be sure you have travel and health insurance.
We ask you to make your own arrangements for the airplane travel. There are several interesting packages available, two or three nights, included. We can recommend and organize drivers and reasonable hotel accommodations located away from the mass tourist areas if you wish to explore the island and stay at its beaches. If desired, we can book your hotels for you.
Registration
Seminar participants may register up to four weeks prior to the seminars, training and payment confirms your registration.
Your registration should be received no later than four weeks prior to the seminar date. Payment of the seminar confirms your registration.
We charge a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within two weeks of the seminar are 50% of the fee. No refunds are made after the seminar begins.
